1. All Sales Final
All sales are final, and we have a strict no return or refund policy. Once a purchase is made, it cannot be refunded or returned under any circumstances. Please ensure that you review product details and specifications before completing your purchase.
2. 1-Year Warranty
We stand by the quality of our products and offer a 1-year warranty for any part malfunctions. In the event of a malfunction, we will send a replacement part to you at no cost. The shipping of replacement parts is also covered by us. Please note that the warranty applies only to malfunctions or defects in manufacturing and does not cover damages due to misuse or improper care.
3. Shipping Information
Each ice bath undergoes a thorough testing process to ensure it meets our quality standards. This process typically takes 15-20 days. After testing, your product will be shipped within 2 weeks. Delivery usually takes an additional 9-13 days, for a total estimated shipping time of around 1 month.
Please note that this is an estimate, and we do not offer returns or refunds for any delays in shipping. We recommend monitoring your tracking information closely once the item has shipped.
Should anything happen to your product during shipping (eg. lost in transit) we will ship you a new piece at no additional cost.

All prices listed on the website are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time without prior notice. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase, and no partial payments are accepted.

Normal wear and tear.
